1. Contact information and complaints

1. Trendsinsport is located at Laboratoriumstraat 10, 5617BJ in Eindhoven in the Netherlands and has the Dutch VAT number NL001744127B52
2. We like to do our utmost to help customers. If you have a complaint or comment, please send an e-mail to info@trandsinsport.nl, use our contact form.
3. Trendsinsport has a sufficiently publicised complaints procedure and will handle the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
4. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Trendsinsport fully and clearly described within 7 days after the customer has received the order.
5. Complaints submitted to us will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, we will answer within the period of 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.
6. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
7. In case of complaints, a customer must first contact retour-goederen.nl.
8. A complaint does not suspend the obligations of retour-goederen.nl, unless retour-goederen.nl indicates otherwise in writing.
9. If a complaint is found to be justified by retour-goederen.nl, we will, at our discretion and if possible, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge, or refund (part of) the amount paid.

2. Our Offer and the Agreement

Offer
1. Everything we offer on our site is collectively referred to as the Offer.
2. The Offer always contains a clear description of the products offered. It is possible that the physical product ultimately received by you shows small deviations - in both shape and color - compared to the products as published on our website.
3. Furthermore, the Offer is only valid while stocks last. We have the option to apply specific conditions to a specific Offer, such as a limited period of validity. Such specific conditions only apply if they are communicated explicitly and prior to the order.
The Agreement
4. The agreement is concluded at the moment that you have accepted the offer and the conditions set are met.
5. After you have accepted the offer by ordering via the website, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.
6. Until payment has been received in full, the goods remain the property of retour-goederen.nl

3. Returns

4. The price and payment

Price
1. The prices of the offer are stated on the Trendsinsport website. These prices are always inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Obvious or obvious errors in the quotation, such as obvious inaccuracies, can also be corrected by Trendsinsport after the Agreement has been concluded.
3. For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are 7.25 euros.
4. Unfortunately we do not ship to the Wadden Islands.
Payment
5. Every payment is processed immediately and completely at the moment the order is placed by you. We accept the following payment methods:
o iDEAL
o Bancontact
6. We take all reasonable measures to guarantee the security of your online transactions. The secure system is responsible for the further processing of the payment and ensures encrypted handling of your bank details. The necessary security measures are provided via SSL.

5. Delivery and execution

1. Trendsinsport will take the utmost care in receiving and executing orders for products. The place of delivery is the address that you provided to us when ordering.
2. Our delivery indication is ordered on working days before 12:00, delivered tomorrow, unless a different indication is stated on the product page. We do our utmost to deliver your order within this period. In a single case, it may happen that your order takes a little longer due to force majeure.
3. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then of course have the option to cancel the agreement free of charge.
4. After termination in accordance with the previous paragraph, we will refund the amount you have already paid within 14 calendar days.

6. Warranty

1. Considering that all products offered on Trendsinsport are sold for tens of percent less than the retail price, we cannot offer any guarantee. However, if the product is delivered to you defective, you are entitled to a new copy or we will refund your money
(minus shipping costs) return In case of a defective product, we request that you contact customer service within 24 hours via the email address info@trendsinsport.nl
If you report your defect later than 24 hours after receiving your product, the above rights will expire.

7. Personal data

1. The information you provide is necessary for processing and completing orders. Providing incorrect or false personal data is considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will only be processed in accordance with our privacy statement.

8. Disputes and applicable law

1. Let us hope that no disputes ever arise. Should this nevertheless happen, the Parties will make every effort to resolve any disputes that have arisen as a result of the agreement concluded between the Parties amicably. The Parties will strive for a reasonable interpretation of the agreement and the General Terms and Conditions. If no solution can be found within a reasonable period, only Dutch law will apply and only the Dutch court will have jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
2. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
