How long until I can return an online order?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The shipping date is stated on the invoice.

How can I return an order?

We have made returns as easy as possible and the reason for return is not important.

You will find a return label with your order. Stick this on the box and drop off the package at a DPD drop-off point. We can't make it any easier. Click HERE for a DPD drop-off point near you.

What are the rules for returning different items?

Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and, where possible, packaged in the original packaging with the price tag or sticker attached.

- Trying on clothes once is not considered use.

- Books, CDs, DVDs, games and cosmetics may only be returned in unopened packaging.

- Some items cannot be returned. These are:

- Gift cards

- Products customized to your specifications

- Items that are clearly personal in nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.

- Audio and video recordings and computer software where the seal has been broken.

- Size/color exchange!

Do you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color? You can return your order within the cooling-off period. And you simply place your new order as usual. An order for the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order.

Are there any costs associated with returning an item?

Yes, returns are at your own expense.
